Hi, I'm Carmen!

I am a best-selling author, certified life and health coach, and an Abuela (grandmother) of 6. My husband and I split our time between Wisconsin and Florida. I am passionate about empowering women and children to lead their best life, I founded P.S.S. Positive Sharing Space, a movement to shift the dialogue from fear and despair to hope and positivity. As part of my mission to teach and show children that anything is possible, I empower them to find the good in every situation and know they have magic powers to always be safe, which no one can take from them.
